    Your money league or not?

I think I raked it in both my drafts and I actually did the least prep work I have in years. Just sorta crammed the few hours before the draft like in school days lol…my 10-team league I have sick goaltending (got Halak as a FA after the draft):

    C – Kadri, Kesler, Plekanec
LW – Datsyuk, E. Kane, Lucic
RW – Semin, Seguin, J. Williams
D – Letang, Phaneuf, Boyle, Faulk, Leddy (temp. injury replacement for Letang)
    G – Rask, Luongo, Halak

My twenty-team league roster on NJDevs is pretty good too:

    C – M. Koivu, Hodgson, Desharnais, B. Jenner
    LW – Marleau, O’Reilly, Bickell
RW – Ovechkin, Franzen, B. Bennett, Chiasson
D – Weber, Phaneuf, Bouwmeester, Fowler, Trouba (picked up after the draft)
    G – Crawford/Khabibulin

Yep :P. I like my roster. But it got hard in the late rounds because I was helping Brian out. He was working. So, it was like double duty. Love your rosters. I kind of wish I’d gotten more categories. We have hits and blocked shots and PIM. I’ll have to address that at some point. I also don’t have a backup goalie. But that can change.

I didn’t look at your team till just now, with the format of the blog it’s a bit of an eyesore lol…two goalies in the first three rounds? They must fly off the board in a two-goalie league, I don’t really partake in them though you can start two goalies in my ten-team league it’s not as important cause there’s daily moves.

You loaded up on Caps early too, which could either be good or not. I was kinda fortunate in NJDevs that I wound up with the second pick, gave me a lot of time to fish around the internet for research between picks lol (like 36 players going before and after my two-pick block toward the end of the round). I’m shocked Crawford fell to me late in the 2nd though. I wound up taking Weber early third cause I didn’t like the other forwards left as high thirds.

I really wanted Crawford at 2. But he went right before. I picked 3 in a 9-team league. Probably would’ve been better off in a different spot. I’ll probably pick up Bishop as my 3rd goalie.

Breaking it down, I have a few guys who qualify for both C/W. Brian cornered the market on W/D. 😉
