Not much to report this morning other than Stephen Valiquette will be getting another start in about 15 minutes against the Capitals. Marek Malik, Marcel Hossa and Brendan Shanahan are again scratches and the lines remain the same as yesterday as well.

I wouldn’t expect a game as physical as yesterday’s, but the Rangers have to play with emotion. I would also expect the Rangers going straight at Alex Ovechkin, shutting him down as much as possible. Paul Mara has looked awful against Ovechkin in previous meetings this season, so hopefully that matchup is avoided as much as possible today.
